Mars Area Centennial School

T&W provided Construction Management Services for new construction at the Mars Area Centennial School. This multi-functional space was created for the 5th and 6th grade students at the Centennial School. The space currently includes a gymnasium, spacious library, state-of-the-art classrooms, terrazzo floors, air conditioning, glazed masonry walls and a high-performance building shell. Despite the facility’s higher-than-normal interior finish quality, the project was delivered at significantly less than other school projects bid at the same time. The project bid was at $128 per square foot in December 2005.
