North Hills High School

T&W provided Construction Management Services for North Hills’ comprehensive facilities modernization program. The completed $25 million renovation and expansion project at North Hills High School was the initial project completed for the North Hills School District. The eight phase, 23 month schedule was executed without disruption to the school. The project provided a complete renovation of the Natatorium, as well as all classrooms. The auditorium was renovated entirely, as well as the library, cafeteria and kitchen. The addition of the new Wellness Center, which features a physical fitness room and wrestling practice facilities, is enjoyed by students, staff, and administrators alike.
