Eckert Seamans Remodel

After Eckert Seamans was given an allowance by the US Steel Tower to improve their law office, they were struggling to decide how to spend it appropriately, and only had so much time to do so. T&W was asked to estimate and monitor the project in order to ensure its completion, and that the allowance was spent to its fullest potential.
Working in conjunction with Strada Architects and LSM Interiors, the 8-phase project was completed as scheduled and within the allotted budget. New finishes, more efficient work areas, reconfigured offices, a new break room and updated conference rooms gives the office a new aesthetic that reflects the office’s contemporary culture and personality.
