McIntyre Elementary School

T&W has continued to work along side of the North Hills School District as displayed through the completion of a $13 million renovation and expansion project at McIntyre Elementary School. The four phase, 15 month schedule was executed without disruption to the school. The project provided a complete renovation of all educational spaces, including asbestos abatement, new HVAC, plumbing, electrical and roofing systems. The exterior façade was renovated and new interior finishes were installed.

A two-story addition of approximately 30,866 sf. was erected featuring: a Gymnasium with bleachers and a Performance Area, a new Story Telling area within the Media Center, an Administrative area, a Computer Lab, a Music Suite and 18 General Classrooms.
