Montour had been involved in the planning and design process for renovations to its 1950’s era high school for almost ten years. They had worked with multiple architects and multiple construction managers during that time and finally reached the bidding process in early 2010.
Seeing the opportunity to move on a faster track with the construction, Montour sought our help. What had been originally planned as a 30 month schedule was shortened to just 16 months.
At this writing, the district is moving in to its completely renovated and expanded facility which not only brings the latest technologies to its students, but through its significant facelift and reorganization, re-establishes Montour High School as one of the finest learning facilities in the region.
