T&W provided Pre-Construction and Construction Management Services to the Carlynton School District, assisting in the new design for the Carnegie Elementary vestibule and lobby. Bright colors and bold patterns create an inspiring, welcoming atmosphere for students and staff as they enter. Upgrades to the HVAC and electrical systems were implemented to improve energy efficiency while reducing costs.
